彭伟民,杭电钱塘学者,华南理工大学博士,英国曼彻斯特大学决策与认知科学研究中心访问学者,主要研究方向为数据科学、数据智能、数据融合、系统决策、量子计算等。近年来以第一作者身份在《Information Fusion》、《Future Generation Computer Systems》、《IEEE Systems Journal》、《IEEE Intelligent Systems》、《International Journal of Systems Science》等高水平SCI期刊上发表论文11篇,当年影响因子总和达到46,主持或参与10余项浙江省自然科学基金和国家自然科学基金项目,在数据融合方法理论及其智能决策应用方面取得突出成果。
