张建海,博士,教授,杭州电子科技大学计算机学院副院长,浙江省脑机协同智能重点实验室副主任,浙江省计算机应用与教育学会秘书长,中国人工智能学会认知系统与信息处理专业委员会委员。

主要研究领域包括人工智能、信号处理、类脑计算及脑-机接口技术。承担国家自然科学基金面上、青年各1项,浙江省重点研发计划国际合作项目1项,作为杭电负责人参与国基金重点项目一项,作为主要参与人参加国家重点研发、国基金面上项目、军委科技委专项、省重大科技专项等科研项目十余项。获得浙江省科技进步奖、中国电子学会科学技术发明奖、吴文俊人工智能科学技术发明奖等省部级奖励三项,发表论文60余篇,获得专利和软著二十余项。近年来开展了在医疗康复、儿童教育、脑控交互等领域的应用技术开发和转化,相关成果被中国日报网,网易军事新闻及浙江新闻网等多家媒体报道。
